Couldn't film because I was busy having fun!

 Hey everyone this is Hunter Pangia clocking in and welcome back to my blog! It's spring break! You know what that means, no school! In today's blog, I will be explaining why I didn't film. School has been a lot of stress and spring break was just what I needed. I finished the quarter with all A's and I was really proud of myself so I decided to have fun this weekend and I'll be telling you what I did. Friday I didn't have school, so my dad and I thought it was the best time to have our annual bon-fire. Every year after Christmas, my dad goes around and collects as many Christmas trees as he possibly can. With all of those trees, him and I go out to the Everglades and have a safe fire. This year he wanted me to invite some of my friends so that's exactly what I did. I invited my good friends Trevor, Luke, and Zane. All of us went out there and had a great time, the fire was nice, the food was good, it was all a great time. Ironically Trevor and Zane are both helping me film my final task so that shows what type of friends they are. I saw some great wildlife and it is just really nice being out there away from life, it's very mindful. Some of my closer friends arrived as well and everyone got along very nicely. The next day I slept in very late because I was tired. I didn't have time to workout when I woke up because I went to Church. I went to church for my sisters confirmation prep which I am her sponsor for. After church I my family and I went out for dinner and I worked out late at night. Sunday arrived, and I went to Hollywood beach to help my other friends film their final task. It was a rough journey filming but all of us got it done, barely. It was a great time and after all of us went inside my friends Jenna's car and ended up going to like 4 different restaurants because they kept changing their mind. A long weekend it was but this upcoming week is my filming week which I'm very excited for. This is Hunter Pangia, signing out.

Things are looking good!

 Hey everyone this is Hunter Pangia back with another blog and I hope you all are having a great Sunday as you know I am. Today is the Super Bowl, so I will be watching it with family, but I wanted to update everyone on my progress. The props have been purchased and my group and I started filming yesterday. I got through the first opening sequence with them and it's relatively easy because I did one last year as my final task. It is more hard making it shorter as I only have five minutes to film this entire process but I am up for the challenge. Me and Kazmin have similar acting styles so it was easy to have that comradery. I got some good shots of myself plotting with Kaz with Noura filming. I was in my room with Kaz and I was able to get the part filmed where I was plotting how Kaz and I are going to make money.  This process took almost two hours which is pretty long. Short Film Research:Omnibus : Comedy

 Hey everyone, welcome back to another one of our research blogs. Today we will be digging in and looking into the Short Film Omnibus, a comedy. This film was made by Sam Karmann and won the Oscar in the 1992-1993 awards season. It portrays a Frenchman trying to get off of a train at a stop which it wasn't scheduled for.  In this film, the sound starts off as some cheesy movie intro, giving us this pattern that that's how a short film comedy should start. On the train in this film, all you could hear was the sound of the engine along with the dialogue between the Frenchman and the worker on the train. The idea of minimum sound is now starting to become a pattern we have noticed through the short films we have analyzed so far.  When analyzing the Mis-en-scene in this film, the costumes are usually oversized for the main character who has to well be humorous.
