Where I've been

 Hey everyone this is Hunter Pangia and welcome back to my blog! Recently I have not been in school because of Thanksgivng break. I have been taking this time to relax, have fun, and prepare myself for this music video. In today's blog, I will be telling you what I did over this break. The weekend going into break I visited Universal Studios Orlando resort. When I was there, I went to all of the theme parks. Universal also had a Holiday parade going on so this was a perfect time for me to observe and take notes for what I could do for my music video. I observed that in order to have a good music video, I need a lot of lights and decorations. The music is also a key factor for a music video which is why I have the perfect song. While I was there I also went on plenty of thrillers called roller coasters. My favorite ride was the Velocicoaster for one reason. It started pouring down rain and they didn't shut the ride down so I was able to go on it in the front row. It was the craziest roller coaster experience of my life. The water shot at me like bullets and the wind felt like that of a category five hurricane. After this trip I went to my friends house to workout. My friends and I all worked out on the punching bag and went on a great run afterwards. Just when I thought I already had enough fun it just kept on coming. Tuesday I had a "friendsgiving" with a different group of friends. It was very creepy because we had it under a pavilion in the pitch black with a single light. It was a great experience however because we had great food with lots of laughs. Wednesday doesn't matter too much because I just went to the orthopedic to check out my finger. Thursday was the big day, Thanksgiving. In the morning I watched the Macys Day Parade with my family and a hearty breakfast to start the day. Later on I was preparing the Thanksgiving dinner with my family. We had baked mac and cheese, turkey, cranberry, loaded potatoes, green beans, and of course the rolls. As I was eating my dinner with my family I enjoyed the amazing Thanksgivng football as well as the world cup. To wrap up my break, I went to my friends sweet sixteen birthday party. Everyone danced, laughed, cried, and had a great time celebrating her big day. Well that's where I've been and now I will be going full force on this music video. Things are looking good!

 Hey everyone this is Hunter Pangia back with another blog and I hope you all are having a great Sunday as you know I am. Today is the Super Bowl, so I will be watching it with family, but I wanted to update everyone on my progress. The props have been purchased and my group and I started filming yesterday. I got through the first opening sequence with them and it's relatively easy because I did one last year as my final task. It is more hard making it shorter as I only have five minutes to film this entire process but I am up for the challenge. Me and Kazmin have similar acting styles so it was easy to have that comradery. I got some good shots of myself plotting with Kaz with Noura filming. I was in my room with Kaz and I was able to get the part filmed where I was plotting how Kaz and I are going to make money.  This process took almost two hours which is pretty long. Short Film Research:Omnibus : Comedy

 Hey everyone, welcome back to another one of our research blogs. Today we will be digging in and looking into the Short Film Omnibus, a comedy. This film was made by Sam Karmann and won the Oscar in the 1992-1993 awards season. It portrays a Frenchman trying to get off of a train at a stop which it wasn't scheduled for.  In this film, the sound starts off as some cheesy movie intro, giving us this pattern that that's how a short film comedy should start. On the train in this film, all you could hear was the sound of the engine along with the dialogue between the Frenchman and the worker on the train. The idea of minimum sound is now starting to become a pattern we have noticed through the short films we have analyzed so far.  When analyzing the Mis-en-scene in this film, the costumes are usually oversized for the main character who has to well be humorous.
