Music Video Storyboard

 Hey everyone this is Hunter Pangia and welcome back to another blog! In these past few days my group and I have been working on our storyboard for our music video so we can get a visual of what it will look like. Well after all our hard work we have finally completed it and we are ready to show it. Enjoy!

Scene 1: The first scene will take up 16 seconds of the music video. The actor (Hunter) is sitting on Santa's lap excited for Christmas to come. Hunter will be lip singing the lyrics of the first verse "Santa Claus is coming to town," in the first scene. 

Scene 2: The second scene will be a lot of cross cutting between different actors acting out a new verse. The verse is "You better watch out, you better not pout, you better not cry I'm telling you why." We will have three actors acting at this very verse in different locations. 

Scene 3: The third scene is going to be Hunter repeating the hook of the first scene. The only difference that the hook is slightly extended so the clip will last a little longer.

Scene 4: Here we will have an actor dress as Santa Claus act out their selves making a list. The actor will be acting out the verse "he's making a list, he's checking it twice." He will be looking back and forth at it. 

Scene 5: We will then have two actors in a split screen. One of them will be acting "naughty" while the other one will be acting "nice." The verse will be "he's gonna find out who's naughty or nice."

Scene 6: The next scene will be an actor sleeping in the bed prop. We will then have Santa Claus look over him as the verse is "he sees you when your sleeping."

Scene 7: The seventh scene will be a tracking shot of someone walking through the mall looking energized and awake. The verse they will be acting out is "he knows when your awake." 

Scene 8: The eight scene will be another actor(Billy) acting mischievous while knocking something over a shelf in a store. The verse will be "he knows if you've been bad."

Scene 9: The ninth scene will be a different actor doing a kind act by picking up the item knocked over by Billy. The verse will be "or good."

Scene 10: This will be a wide shot of the character that was being nice surrounded by a handful of people praising him. The actor will be in the middle while the other actors will be pointing at him. The verse will be "so be good for goodness sakes."

Scene 11: This scene will be an reenactment of scene two however it will be slightly different. In this scene the actors will be showing even more emotion hinting that Christmas is getting closer. The verse will be "you watch out, you better not pout, you better not cry I'm telling you why. 

Scene 12: This will be the final scene of all the actors together around Santa celebrating upon Santa's arrival. The verse will be "Santa Claus is coming to town. Santa Claus is coming to town, Santa Claus is coming, to town." This will be the conclusion and everyone will be lip-syncing the lyrics as well.
